For a CRA to be certified at RPM, various training programs are mandatory. The educational training curriculum consists of i) an Introductory Program (at least 200 hours) prior to project assignment and ii) a Continuing Program (at least 40 hours for CRA and 20 hours for non-CRA per year). Obtaining basic knowledge related to clinical study and research on drugs and medical devices is the initial step, followed by advanced knowledge that is essential for high-level monitoring capabilities and site management skills.
